The Sebel Resort will hold your credit card details but will not be processed until your arrival.

Your registration fee for the Conference will be taken as soon as you register and our Company name e-CBD Pty Ltd will appear on your credit card.

You understand and agree that all additional charges are payable by you on checkout.

ACCOMMODATION CUT OFF DATE: 6 Weeks prior to arrival then the rooms that we are holding for you will be released back to the general public.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND
If advice of Cancellation is received after 2 weeks prior to arrival, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
